Main Function/Duties
To identify, plan and drive change across Asia Financial Control
Responsibilities
1. Mange execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
• Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
• Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
• Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
• Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
• Project status reporting to stakeholders
2. Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC
3. Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
4. Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.
Person Requirements
Qualifications /Education
Preferred:
• Qualified Accountant
Experience required
Preferred:
• Experience in banking or finance
• Project and change management
• Process re-engineering and implementing tactical and strategic solutions.
