AVP – Finance Change recruitment
The Run the Bank team partners with senior management and product controllers to conceptualise ideas, crystallise requirements and provide insights and solutions. Working cross functionally each team member provides project management and business analysis expertise coupled with a solid appreciation of the needs and goals of their partner team.
Focusing on Strategic change programmes, Processes enhancement and Technology improvements, Business growth initiatives you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Global Change team to rollout Global projects
- Managing regional projects rollouts
- Working with Line Product Control to define business requirement and UAT documents for the respective projects
- Managing key stakeholder relationships with Product Control – Directors and teams
- Engaging project partners outside Finance
- Providing expert opinion to optimise systems and processes
Requirements:
- Good undergraduate degree from top tier university
- ACA/CPA
- At least 5-7 years work experience combined from Line Change experience
- Strong knowledge of investment bank business processes – front to back
- Solid business analysis background
- Track record in completing business analysis assignments across both business requirements gathering and testing
- Experience of dealing with management and other key stakeholders
- Knowledge of projects lifecycle: managing projects, user requirements / testing. Understanding of a project methodology
- Strong level of independence is required - must be able to plan, execute and deliver without minimal guidance
- Well developed communication skills, good presenting and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and stakeholders simultaneously?
