Main Duties

Research staff that primarily focus on analyzing the overall financial strength and repayment ability of individual fixed-income issues and the specific features/covenants of individual bonds. Independently conducts fixed-income research studies. Analyses may focus on individual securities or classes of securities. Makes buy, sell and hold recommendations. Develops and maintains information on credit ratings of corporates, agency, municipal, state, and/or federal fixed-income issuers. Interacts frequently with Traders and Portfolio managers in recomending and supporting investment strategy.

Person Requirements

Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of investment or relevant business experience• Masters Degree or CFA designation Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated Database and Spreadsheet skills in Excel, Access, Word.
• Experience with Investor Tools Perform and Credit Scope Platform.
