AVP Fund Accounting Manager Private Equity Fund Services (NYC) Job in New York, New York US

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 4 + years experience in accounting (preferably public accounting and/or experience in the financial services sector) • Experience in preparing and reviewing general ledgers, financial statements, footnotes and working papers • Supervisory experience of other professionals • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to interact with all levels, internal and external • Advanced computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) • Partnership accounting preferred, but not required • Team player
