AVP, Grp Financial Reporting recruitment
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the financial statements of The Bank and its subsidiaries.
- Maintaining the accounting records of selected subsidiaries within The Group.
- Ensure the Bank and Group's accounting policies are aligned to developments in the Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), Exposure Drafts, Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify, streamline and automate processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree with min 3-6 years exp in a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or in the financial services sector.
- Qualified accountant eg CA/CPA.
- Strong academic background.
- Proactive, meticulous, with a high level of initiative and ability to work within tight deadlines.
