AVP Investment Banks Credit Analyst
My client a global financial services firm providing independent credit research and analysis is seeking a credit analyst at AVP level for their Investment Banks London-City team
The role will be within the Investment Banks group at AVP level in and cover credit analysis of Investment Banks
Additionally:
• Candidates will be expected to assume a considerable degree of responsibility at an early stage.
• Candidates will be required to carry out data analysis and bank research and write credit rating reports.
• They will conduct in-depth meetings with senior management at rated institutions.
• They will also be expected to present credit analysis on Investment Banks to a rating committee, deal with investor customer queries, prepare for and attend rating committees on institutions from other geographic areas and contribute to internal discussions on rating issues.
• In addition to issuer-specific research, candidates will also be expected to contribute to, and over time lead-author, sector-wide credit research and commentary
The ideal candidate will have
•Solid academic background
•Strong background in credit analysis covering Investment Banks
