AVP Legal Entity Projects and Change

Major Investment Bank in London are currently recruiting for a key appointment within their projects and change team that works alongside Legal Entity Control. Newly created position that will offer the right individual the chance to work in a high profile role giving fantastic operational and commercial exposure to the wider business.

The wider LEC control team have the responsibility of the financial reporting and ensuring the financial integrity within all the UK based entities whilst also ensuring a strong control environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products and operational areas that impact the UK financial accounts.

This role consolidates the project requirements for these areas including the mapping and prioritisation of requirements over the medium and long term whilst being able to devise and understand resourcing requirements. Candidates need to have change experience or be able to confidently evidence where they have truly added value through achievements to date. 

This role is critical for a number of high profile projects over the next few years including large CAPEX projects such as system changes.

This role will involve facing off to the regulators and be required to present large volumes of data succinctly and clearly. Strong powerpoint experience is therefore critical as well as a confident manor and ability to communicate effectively.

We are looking specifically for candidates that are qualified and likely to be minimum 3/4 years post qualified in order to demonstrate the technical depth of experience that we are looking for from FS and ideally an investment bank.
