AVP level Reference Data Business Analyst (operations change management) recruitment
At this Tier 1 Investment Bank, you will be involved in centralising data and will be working through front, middle and back office. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the business as well as having an open line to stakeholders. You will be working on all aspects of business analysis including gap analysis, requirements gathering and testing.
They are looking for candidates with a strong business analysis background that has been involved in change projects rather than line roles. Experience within reference data would be highly beneficial however they are also interested in BA's with strong operations knowledge. Strong junior BA's would also be of interest. You must have strong communication skills and be enthusisatic about doing a purely business analysis role.
