AVP, MarkitWire Onboarding (Projects) recruitment
A successful candidate will perform the following duties:
• Become a SME on the MarkitWire application and its onboarding options/process.
• Liaise with the Ops Change Management team to understand a project’s impact process requirements and design the onboarding process required for clients
• Liaise with the Client Delivery Management team assigned to a project to form part of the wider client project team required for the complete successful adoption of new functionality
• Work directly and independently with Clients to understand their specific requirements, advise on the best MarkitWire implementation and execute the process required for successful go live
• Drive continual improvement of the onboarding processes and strive for a world class client experience
• Handover a solid process to the MW BAU team for use with future clients.
The following skills are needed in this role:
• Must have - experience from working in an Investment bank (preferably within OTC Derivatives Operations) or significant Vendor to Investment banks.
• Must have – Client service (preferably onboarding) experience
• Should have – good process design and execution skills
• Should have - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should have - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Contributes to Client Implementation Capacity and Prioritization planning
• Supports wider Client Implementation and Operations efforts
