AVP – Mortgage Operations recruitment
Job Description
Reporting to the VP/Head of Mortgage Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the BAU mortgage processes ranging through prime, non-prime and third party operations
- Driving process improvement by keeping track of competitor models and industry innovations
- Functional delivery of complete credit processing operations, ensuring governance and driving process excellence while ensuring risk management
- Leading your team by setting KPIs, providing training and resources and maintaining motivation levels
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will hold an MBA from a reputed institution, and should have been in the US mortgage operations space for over 8 years. You should have serviced US mortgage defaults and handled collections in the North American zone. Capable team managers who have had prior experience handling 200+ FTEs will only be screened. A highly focused individual with analytical, problem solving mindset will be preferred.
