The Role
Assist in origination structuring of structured lending advisory products within the oil gas sector, with focus on opportunities in the upstream EP sector. Assist in initiating, developing and maintaining client relationships at relevant levels. Participate in client meetings and conduct presentations as appropriate. Assist in the arranging closing of structured finance transactions. Prepare and process credit applications for structured finance transactions in the oil gas sector. Assist in the execution of financial advisory mandates. Assist in identifying and sourcing advisory lending mandates in cooperation with other members of the team. Prepare and execute marketing pitches for advisory lending mandates in the oil and gas sector. Identify and monitor market developments opportunities.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need a good academic background with 4 - 6 years of relevant project finance / advisory experience, including experience in upstream finance / reserve based lending. Basic deal structuring documentation skills. Strong quantitative skills and cash-flow modeling experience and familiarity with oil and gas industry in Asia and key players.
