AVP – Operations recruitment
• Monitoring the Operation area of Treasury Back Office, Export and import, Loan and Deposit on a daily basis
• Upholding a strong control environment to recognize areas of risk and solve them using appropriate procedures
• Creating a performance measurements for the Desk to support business decisions
• Managing the teams performance and providing training to employees
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
• Experience in Trade Finance with a financial institution
• Experience in back-office operations within a multinational financial firm
• Ability to work with in a multicultural institution
• Excellent communication skills (Writing and Verbally)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
