Our client is a leading Asian bank with over 15 thousand staff, a presence in over 40 countries and a strong South East Asian retail presence. This organisation is looking to strengthen their Customer Service Process Improvements division with the addition of a dynamic 6 Sigma Green belt qualified project manager
The successful candidate will be expected to: Project manage and/or assist in new projects/initiatives. Work closely with Marketing/Customer experience to engage customers and promote new services/enhancements. Work closely with business partners and/or Product Managers to deliver new services/enhancements. Work closely with IT and/or front-liners to resolve system/customer-related issues. Perform UAT for new projects/initiatives (where necessary).
To qualify individuals must possess:
- University degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail Banking environment
- Knowledge of Internet banking and Online Payment
- English and Mandarin Speaker required
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and inter-department associates
- Experience in project management will be an advantage
- Highly proficient in MS Office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Works well under tight timeline and pressure
