AVP, Product Control – Credit Products recruitment
The AVP will be responsible for daily PL production, month-end reconciliations of the balance sheet and income statement along with maintaining a strong internal control environment. This role will liaise with both the front office and senior management to ensure current and new processes are streamlined seamlessly and the point of contact for any technical questions that arise. The AVP will also help with the management and mentoring of 4 Analyst within the group.
With circa 3+ years’ experience in product control, the successful applicant will ideally hold a Graduate degree in accounting or finance and/or a CPA qualification. Knowledge of structured finance or exotic derivative products is highly desirable. Experience working with senior management and partnering with key strategic decision makers, and the ability to build strong relationships through credibility is also key.
