AVP Product Manager recruitment

Functional Responsibilities:

As Problem Manager candidate will collaborate with service owners, subject matter experts, engineering teams, and solutions delivery to implement solutions that reduce the business impact of repeated incidents and service impacting events. The Problem Manager will undertake research for the root-causes of Incidents and thus ensures the enduring elimination of interruptions. If possible, candidate will make temporary solutions (Workarounds) available to Incident Management.

Qualifications
Minimum education and work experience required for this position
include:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
* At least 10-12 years experience in relevant IT areas with a minimum of 3 years in a Problem management
* Experience supporting applications across a wide range of technologies and in creating problem management focused at stabilization and long term productivity improvements
* Proven leadership in defining metrics and demonstrating improvements in process efficiencies over time
* Detailed understanding of the program management role and demonstrated results through practical application.
* Working knowledge of ITIL , MOF, and SDLC.
* Six Sigma or other quality certifications a plus.

* Demonstrated ability to manage large numbers of different and
often conflicting objectives/activities at one time.
* Ability to manage and deliver multiple project phases at the same time, and to manage ongoing operational issues with longer term strategic work.
* Ability to collaborate with engineering and business partners to prioritize and drive change implementation.
* Ability to drive continuous improvement within the team and the larger organization as a whole.
* Present progress, findings, and key performance indicators to senior managers at business reviews.
* Manage the problem queue to ensure consistent cadence and
prioritization.
* Sound judgment, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an emphasis on resolution of complex technical problem.
* Good understanding of data analysis and data mining.
