AVP Program Management -(ADM Policy and Governance) recruitment

Global ADM Regulatory program/project management, compliance analytics, and management reporting of regulatory compliance.

-Work directly with the Head of Policy and Governance/Program Manager for ADM Fed Readiness, Global ADM Business Unit and Corporate Function (BU/CF) ADM Management, OS management and functional leads, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Audit, Compliance, Enterprise Program/Project Office, CAO Fed Readiness and BU/CF PMO's.

-Complete the roll out of global ADM Fed Readiness Program:

*Program/project tracking, monitoring and reporting on closure program work streams; program/project milestone tracking and oversight.

*Assessment and reporting of program/project execution issues.Preparation of communications for team meetings and for senior management auditors, corporate functions and business units.

*Development and maintenance of executive dashboard for bi-weekly and ad-hoc management meetings; management of internal website and posting of relevant materials from meetings, status reports and other communications (program news, updates, changes).

*Establish global guidelines, policies, standards to ensure that ADM program/project management dicipline complies with regulatory and enterprise requirements, policies, controls and standards.

*Responsible for evaluation and ranking of regulatory risks of global ADM functions, programs and projects.

*Design, implementation and on-going analysis and reporting of program and compliance metrics for Global ASM policy and standards compliance including but not limited to, key risk indicators and key perfromance indicators.

*Act as ADM resident project manager and FFIEC compliance domain expert to special projects work related to ADM compliance and regulatory control.

*Monitoring on-going compliance with FFEIC requirements by tracking the IT risk and compliance self- assessment results reported by BU/CF's to ensure that the control risks are reflected in the devleoped metrics.

PMP with 10 years of program management experience for large financial institutions.
