Our Client is a global bank with strong Asian presence.
The Role
You will be tasked to monitor the Property Finance portfolio (Non-recourse Limited-recourse loan and some Corporate loan) in Asia Pacific Region through co-working with our branch staffs in Asia Pacific region. Risk Capital and Credit Cost monitoring of the Property Finance loan portfolio. Property market research in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) and making presentation of property finance transactions for Credit department.
Analysis and evaluation of property, credit and structural risk related to
above business. Other related services and works to achieve above objects
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 year experience in the banking sector with work experience at a commercial bank and/or an investment bank (experience in a Japanese major bank is an advantage).
CMA l CFA l CPA is an advantage with a proactive mind set, team player and willingness to step up in the bank. Excellent English skills (ability to speak other language(s) could be beneficial)
