Our client is a well established and respected financial institution which is continuing to expand its international presence. It has a good reputation for employee development and an open, inclusive culture.
You will research, analyze and prepare policy papers on regulatory issues. You conduct public consultation on a variety of regulatory issues, and liaise with Monetary Authority of Singapore and other regulatory bodies in connection with this. Maintain and update guideslines to ensure that they are consistent and up-to-date.
A good Degree in Law, Finance or Economics with at least 2 years’ experience in financial regulations pertaining to broker-dealer oversight, capital markets, clearing house or corporate governance. Articulate, persuasive and results-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should possess the intellectual rigour and vision to help shape and deliver a coherent regulatory policy and strategy designed to meet the regulatory priorities.
