AVP Relationship Manager Associate Commercial banking recruitment
Our client is a top-tier international banking group looking to further expand their business in the Asia. They are currently looking for qualified candidates to join their Relationship Manager Development Program in the commercial banking department.
The manager development program lasts for half a year and during the training period you will be closely monitored and trained by senior managers. In order to enhance growth and generate revenue, you will also assist Senior Relationship Manager in credit analyzing, to market commercial banking products, to interview prospective clients and to perform on-site visits. Account opening procedures as well as relationship management and operation duties are expected.
After the completion of the program, you will be assigned you own portfolio of commercial customers. You are expected to grow and expand the portfolio according to your professional experiences gained from the training program.
To be an ideal candidate, you should have at least 1.5 years of solid experience in marketing or credit in the banking industry, coupled with a degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure is essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
