AVP, Risk Policy and Governance recruitment
As a member of the risk policy governance team, you will be responsible for:
• Oversight of Risk policy procedures, working with risk officers and senior management to scope, formulate, document and publish the control framework, obtain input and sign-off from a range of stakeholders, and ensure that the framework is reviewed, maintained and updated on a regular basis and according to the needs of the business.
• Administration of key Risk committees, including agenda management, distribution of materials, taking minutes and tracking open action items.
• Working with Group Risk and other risk departments to promote consistency of internal policy.
• Communicating policy governance issues to risk officers and providing related training.
• Working closely with Risk Infrastructure around business process issues, reporting requirements and the design and functionality of Risk IT applications.
• Ad hoc policy governance related items including participation in conformance reviews, self assessments, new business initiatives, regulatory and audit related requirements, and change management.
