Description
Core responsibilities:
- Contributes to the realization of commercial financial objectives of the dedicated area of coverage
- Is responsible to executing strategy and marketing plans, under supervision of Senior Relationship Manager
- Jointly with Relationship Manager originates all our client’s banking products services and coordinates the pre-selling and after-sale servicing of products
- Ensures the risk management of the client portfolio and permanently monitors changes in the risk position of the clients using renewal and monitoring tools
- Prepares credit applications, call reports, marketing plans, market research and activity reviews
- Mobilizes Syndicated Loan-, Capital Markets, Structured Finance and FX/Derivative product experts
- Leverages packaged solutions developed in coordination with Product Office
- Leverages strategy and marketing guidelines provided by Senior RM and EBD Management
Requirements
You will meet the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Extensive relevant work experience with a large corporate or investment bank and a very good knowledge of the development and players in the Russian/ regional corporate banking market
• Knowledge of relevant large corporate banking products and services with focus on Syndicated lending; Transaction Banking; Debt Capital Markets; Rate Commodity Derivatives; Export, Trade and Project Finance; MA finance. Strong credit risk skills and adequate legal documentation experience
• Fluent Russian and English speaker
• Experience in or knowledge of Russia and its local clients/industries is strongly preferred
• The successful candidate will be able to work in small teams under pressure; have maturity and gravitas. A can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills are absolutely critical. As having interface with clients, we would also look for evidence of strong commercial acumen, results orientation and communication abilities
• Must have a good cultural fit with both the IB team and the wider Group Positive attitude, flexible, enthusiastic, knowledge of current affairs and emerging markets
• Flexibility and ability to work long hours as required
