AVP – Senior Finance Analyst, Enterprise Capital Management recruitment
My client is a top tier Investment Bank which has a strategic ad measured approach to its development and is strengthening its business and infrastructure to create sustainable and long term growth.
Due to increased industry focus on Capital requirements, they currently have a newly created opportunity within Enterprise Capital management.
The role encompasses understanding all aspects of the capital composition required to support the international entities and an assessment in relation to their risks.
The role involves working in partnership with the regaulatory reporting, compliance, counterparty and capital teams as a subject matter expert.
Duties include;
- Support project based initiatives relating to international entities - assessment of regulations, analysis and guidance to colleagues globally
- Partner closely with regulatory reporting teams globally
- Understand capital within legal entities and associated risks
- Deliver high quality analysis to senior management
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant with min 2-3 years PQE
- Knowledge of balance sheet, capital and regulatory reporting requirements
- Good knowledge of Basel II
- Basel III and economic capital advantageous
- Broad knowledge o financial products
- Strong analysis and excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships across multiple functions and regions
