AVP Strategy Business Development – COO recruitment
Responsibilities
- Development of strategic initiatives framework (including financial modeling)
- Adhoc projects such as due diligence, pricing/ client segmentation deep dives etc
- Market research, Competitor analysis
- Business development initiatives
- Sales Management initiatives
- Internal External communications on the business overview/ initiatives/ strategies
Key attributes skills of the successful candidate
- Excellent communication, presentation skills relationship building skills as this role requires frequent interface with Senior Management of various departments
- Superior quick analytical/ strategic thinking problem solving skills
- Eye for detail, meticulous
- Challenging mind, ability to think creatively the resourcefulness/ capacity/ courage to challenge the status quo provide solutions to resolve obstacles
- Flexible, highly motivated comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment (often balancing several priorities at the same time) with varying levels of ambiguity
- Possess a positive work attitude with a good delivery solution focus, dedicated, independent, pro-active a willingness to take personal responsibility accountability
- First Class Honours in Business/ Finance/ Accounting with relevant prior experience in the PWM business highly valued. CFA CPA a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Advanced Excel Advanced PowerPoint mandatory, Access desired). Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase /or Cognos would be useful.
