Main purpose of job:

Support the TD Agenda by planning and implementing the Operations and Budgetary processes for all TD projects and activities including Diagnosis, Design , Delivery  and Effectiveness Measurement

Main responsibilities:

Be aware of the Company Strategy and how this translates into the overall HR Strategy, from which our TD Strategy is developed.

Work with the TD Team to translate the TD Mission into effective plans and schedules. 

Work in tandem with the TD team in Reviews to update and highlight the impact of TD and vice versa.

Build the TD 12 Month Calendar and raise any potential conflicts or other issues with the relevant people. Manage Change through the year as the Business Scenario changes. Update on a Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis, the progress vs plan.

Build and own an effective schedule of resources (people, travel, materials etc) necessary to deliver the calendar. Update as required.

Build the budget and forecast necessary to deliver the plan, challenging to make sure activities are done to the right standard in the most cost-effective way possible. Feed into other department budgets as necessary. Monitor spends against the budget on a monthly basis and report variances.

Ensure all budgetary and operational processes are adhered to by the TD team. Be the Custodian of the Learning Policies and Processes including regular revision and updation. Manage the audit process and ensure all work instructions are up to date and being followed.

Manage vendor payables and ensure Vendor satisfaction at all times.

Manage Training Effectiveness Evaluation process.

Professional and personal requirements:

•   Graduate/Post Graduate with a min. 10 yrs experience in service center Operations

•   Good experience in LD ops management.

•   Initiative and work independently with a strong risk focus (individually and as a team member)

•   Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude

•   Very good communication skills in spoken and written in English, confidence in communicating with all levels of management in HR Solutions and its customers

•   Dependable in a high stress environment through the ability to prioritize and work in a largely self-organized manner

•   Competencies in the creation and execution of presentations (including relevant knowledge of MS Office).
