AVP – TMT / Transportation / Logistics , Asian Private Equity recruitment
Being a Buy-side investment professional of the AVP level, you will be responsible for
- Working with senior investment professionals to identify attractive investment opportunities within the TMT / Transportation or Logistics sector leveraging on your market expertise and knowledge in Asia
- Developing and executing the investment strategy for deals within largely Asia, European and selectively in the US regions
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key participants in the region
- Leading and executing complex deal structuring, innovative investment financing and extensive due diligence process on investments
Selection Criteria
The right candidate should have ideally 5-7years of execution experience within
1)TMT; OR
2)Transportation/ Aviation OR
3)Logistics sector from another buy side firm.
Preference will be for candidates coming from another private equity firm with a strong demonstrated trackrecord in Asian target names within that sector.
You will come with top academic background and is a strong team player with an eye for details and willing to be hands-on in executing of the deals. Candidates who can speak fluent Mandarin will have a strong advantage.
Due to the urgency of the role, candidates currently based in Singapore will be considered first. Candidates with no experience in Asian deals unfortunately will not be considered.
