AVP to VP Middle Office Commodities, Top Tier Investment Bank
Global Investment Bank with a growing physical commodities business is hiring for an AVP/VP level executive to join their dynamic middle office team
Responsibilities
- Research, analyse, review and manage transactions that require the physical movement of commodities.
- Ensure all contractual obligations relating to the physical receipt or delivery of a commodity are fulfilled.
- Manage inventories and related expenses.
- Interact with a variety of business areas to implement and support necessary risk controls in the operation of all commodities.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Commercially astute
- Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills beneficial.
- Team oriented, highly motivated and confident individual.
