Operations

1.Manage country trade operation team at Mumbai Trade centre, to meet agreed customer service level agreements, reporting, reconciliation and review outstanding transactions

2.Manage and ensure compliance (KOP, Ops manual etc) with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements

3.Support and achieve excellent partnership with branch operations, and respective sales staff

4.Train ,coach and identify potential staff for succession and key operational functions ;provide x-training and job rotation opportunities

Technical Expertise

1.Possess a strong foundation and understanding of Trade related and BG rules and guidelines as commissioned by ICC (ICC/UCP/URC etc)

2.Good understanding of legal, credit and operational risks in handling of Trade and BG product/services

3.Detailed knowledge of financing products, and ability to discuss and incorporate operational workflows for structured products

Managerial Role

1.Manage day to day team operational responsibilities

2.Leadership abilities to manage team, with potential to grow into a larger role

Implement and maintain detailed capacity planning for overall headcount management

Education and experience:

1.Min. 10 years experience in management of trade Operations

2.Good communication skills(oral and written)

3.Good managerial and people development skills

4.Comfortable with discussing IT related system enhancements, and ability to handle IT related trade projects would be an advantage

5.Able to be execute and take necessary action to ensure operational risks and standards are not comprised

6.Experience in a centralisation set up would be added advantage

• Knowledge of All Trade related products /financing deals Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts
