As the Trade Service Manager, you will overseeing the Branch trade service to meet the customer service standard, prepare the key operation procedures for existing trade product and new product approval, streamline and meet the objectives for efficient and effective branch operations to ensure compliance with regulator and audit, support partnership with sales and trade partners teams to meet service standard, train trade operation staff to raise the quality of the team.
To be successful in application, the candidate need to have solid trade service knowledge and experience in trade operation of foreign banks. Be familiar with import and export products, local regulations like PBOC and SAFE, etc. Excellent management skills and communication are must for this position.
