Our client is a leading provider of asset servicing and asset management services to institutional investors in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region. They are looking to hire an AVP to join their Cash Operations team.
You provide daily oversight of Singapore Securities (Trade), Foreign Exchange / Money Market and Cash Processing. Primary contacts for queries and escalation from internal partners. Review processing error, identify root cause and any mitigating steps/controls that can be implemented to reduce or eliminate the chance of reoccurrence. Support ‘priority’ processing tasks in the event of invocation of business continuity plan. Ensure compliance with the guidelines on outsourcing, regulatory agreements, service level agreements and internal procedures / policies.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 -10 years of related experience in the financial industry operations.
Strong analytical skills to resolve inquiries coupled with good communications/interpersonal skills to handle senior stakeholders.
