Principal Accountabilities 

Ensuring smooth operation of the Client Services
• Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
• Develop administrative and operational procedures to ensure department's compliance with HSBC policies procedures
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
• Liaising with regional CLTA offices with a view to ensure that practices are standardized across the business
• Guide and motivate Client Services staff

Requirements

• University degree with at Least 10 years of relevant experience
• Effective communication interpersonal skills
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to multi task and manage stakeholders.
