Our client is a well known and globally established bank which is among the worlds leading wealth management companies. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Vice President or VP level professional to join their Asian Compliance team, based out of Hong Kong.
The main function of this role is to oversee aspects of the Asia GWM Compliance Program such as –
- Acting as the regulatory intermediary and business advisor
- Provide independent oversight function
- Ensure reputation and regulatory risks are considered, analysed and mitigated
In addition to running a small senior team your responsibilities will include –
- Provide advice on applications and rules
- Write compliance policies and procedures
- Reviewing new products new business initiatives
