AVP / VP Compliance recruitment
Responsibility
- Manage/supervise a small team
- Review and develop the current compliance controls
- Promote the culture and awareness of the staff in regards to any compliance issues
- Act as a consultant for different business unit on compliance issues
- To execute the code of conduct and personal account under general compliance manual.
- Take care of any ad-hoc issues on a daily basis
Requirement
- Degree in Law, Accounting or business-related disciplines
- 5 + years of experience including at least 2 years of retail banking experience
- Good comma nod written and spoke English and Chinese, Mandarin a huge advantage
- Management experience would be a big plus
Candidate with more experience or from an internal audit background would be considered for this position.
