AVP/ VP IT Audit/ Operational Risk Audit Top Financial Institution recruitment
• Responsible for Asia Pacific’s IT audits and annual IT risks assessments .
• Develop Global / Asia Pacific audit programs and resolve Asia IT audit / regulatory issues.
• Maintain on-going coordination with business / operation audit managers and IT management to address Operational issues involving IT security control weaknesses.
• Supervise and conduct BCP audits for Asia Pacific both IT and business operations.
• Undertake and lead technical infrastructure audits, covering networks and a range of operating system, database and middleware platforms to identify key business and operational risks and identify deficiencies in the control infrastructure/operations function.
• Maintain on-going communication with IT management and Compliance.
• Responsible to provide independent investigations on specific IT related issues including frauds, and any IT errors that cause regulatory breaches and/or financial / operational losses.
• Monitor key risks Indicators and work closely with IT management yet independently to ensure IT security controls were in place and issues were promptly addressed.
• Maintain close communications and conducted weekly/monthly meetings with IT management, COOs, Operational Risk and Compliance in Asia Pacific, and advise in resolving IT security / regulatory issues, BCP/BCM related issues.
• Sound knowledge of data centre management systems development and project management processes, application system architecture and encryption techniques is required.
