AVP / VP Manager, Segment & Product Performance – Retail Banking recruitment

Main Responsibilities

•Streamline current Product Analysis, aimed at Country Levels (in Asia Pacific). Build and enhance segment and  channel profitability (country rollout), dissecting B/S and  PL.

•Build analysis/insight and presentations around client segmentation/channels, respective product propositions. What is impact on bottom line B/S and PL. Manage and attribute these aspects during Planning/Forecasting cycles. Ad-hoc projects; supporting regional/country teams around product/segment/channel queries.

•Pacific Focus – fine-tune financials along the 3 key attributions (step process of reviewing periodic MI) and engaging proactively with countries.

Customer

•Internal customer satisfaction from Business. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers/stakeholders within the team and across the BANK (including Divisional PP team, Regional Heads of Finance, In country Heads of Business and Finance Teams).

People

•Assist senior management in enhancing working relationships across the Bank to enable objectives to be achieved. Build team engagement and cohesion, working closely with regional Business Controllers, Country Finance Heads and other stakeholders.

Process

Aid senior management in building Plans Forecasts, on the back of sound attribution analysis; by Products, Segments Channels. Develop financial management

•Develop and introduce core competencies in Finance around Client Segmentation.

Customer 

•Continue country/business engagement, with focus on projects, analysis and MI packs (provide regional perspective - country consolidation of MI by products and other cuts)

People

•Team engagement and effectiveness; working well with counterparts to deliver solutions

Process

•Planning and forecasting process – shared with Head of Finance Retail and Wealth

•Ensure coordination with Divisional Finance Team, In country Heads of Business and Finance Teams, Regional Finance Teams and Risk
