AVP / VP, Regional HR Risk and Control, Group Human Resources

We are currently hiring for a regional risk and control for group human resources. Reporting to Head of HR Shared Services, the incumbent is responsible for:
- Driving and supporting regional level risk and control governance forums as well as regular update to the HR senior management team Requirements
- Promoting risk control awareness across locations:
- Ensuring training plans, including relevant operational risk and compliance training courses as well as mandatory training and certification are established and conducted in compliance with the Bank’s and regulators’ requirements
- Sharing operational risk management and compliance best practices
- Regular communication and training to new hires within unit to increase risk awareness
- Complete Operational Risk Event Management Reporting as per Risk Management Group’s requirements
- Set-up and continually test the HR Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Ensure that the Unit works towards achieving and sustaining a state of business continuity readiness that will enable the continuity of their business critical business functions
- Ensure compliance with in-country HR related regulatory policies and frameworks which includes but not limited to Representative Notification Framework in Singapore and other regulatory matters
- Conduct internal checks and support external/internal audits
- Bachelor degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in risk and regulatory requirement, preferably in banking and finance sector
- Proven experience in engagement of regional HR partners across multiple locations to establish line of sight on risk and regulatory governance as well as support in policy, process and reporting advisory
- Establish measurable and consistent regional HR risk and control metrics and reporting
- Engagement of various internal partners across countries with regards to the HR data and risk management
- Good understanding and experience in risk and regulatory requirements across locations
