AVP / VP, Sales – Cash Management, Financial Institutions recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Cash Management – Financial Institutions, the successful incumbent will be responsible for driving cash revenues from FI’s in Singapore. He/she will act as a strong advocate and bridge amongst the internal business partners across the Asia region as well as globally, to best position the bank’s products to meet differing market and client requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Sales of the entire range of Cash Management products and actively coordinate with other line of business for optimum cross sell activities.
- Product range consists of cash clearing services, funds transfer, liquidity management, cheque clearing, clearing house payments.
- New customer acquisition
- Maintain existing relationships with the current customer base
- Price transactions and solicit mandates.
- Review existing pricing and rebate schemes, conducting profitability analyses and initiates respective action ensuring that a FI customer relationship is profitable
- Organize and manages client events (e.g. product presentations) and provide market updates.
- Analyze flows and internal MIS data to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare marketing material, customer presentations and business proposals and initiates the implementation of successful proposals.
- Provide market requirements to internal business partners as required.
- Work closely with Credit Risk Management on determining credit lines to FIs.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 5-8 years of experience in Cash Management or similar environment in Financial Institution.
- Individuals with strong cash management or transaction banking experience preferred.
- A good understanding of cash management products and services.
- Business minded individual who is a self-motivator, energetic and innovative.
- Self-confident and performance driven.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills – ability to relate to different level of clients and internal stakeholders
- Solution oriented and good attention to detail – able to follow through from fact finding to final execution and keeping clients updated.
- Ability to make decisions, influence others and work in co-operative manner and find resolution to product needs.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills
- Have an understanding on the risk and regulatory requirements both in Indonesia and those applicable globally (in US and FFT).
