AVP wholesale credit risk- Regulatory/ BIPRU

Job Duties:

1) Support the regulatory risk team in managing the workflow of regulatory requests, consultations and revised regulations.
2) Keep the regulatory SharePoint site up to date and ensure new material is disseminated to the team and to key stakeholders.
3) Support the regulatory risk team in their review and challenge of self assessment, CRR compliance and regulatory policy queries.
4) Maintain the calendar of compulsory regulatory requests
5) Co-ordinate the quarterly AIRB post notification returns from businesses and prepare the overall Group report for submission to the PRA.
6) Provide secretarial duties for the monthly AIRB working group and steering committee and other regulatory meetings, including maintaining distribution lists and terms of reference.
7) Provide administration support for the Credit Risk Self Assessment Tool (SAT), including ensuring regulations are up to date, developing training material (including maintenance of user guides and training material) and development of monitoring and reporting metrics from the system.
8) Provide support to the Credit Risk Regulatory risk team across a range of activities and
ad-hoc projects

Skills:

Essential

1) Strong and effective, clear communication skills, both written and oral.
2) Highly organised approach to work demonstrating strong attention to detail
3) Advanced user of core MS office applications
4) Strong stakeholder engagement with risk staff at all levels.
5) Strong teamwork

Preferred
1) Knowledge of Regulatory Capital requirements, within PRA and also with key overseas regulators e.g. Bank of Spain, FED, SARB
