AVP/Information Analyst III - PL/SQL Programming, Query and Reporting This role will provide support across the Default (Mortgage Banking) organization with a primary focus on defining and developing data queries and reporting relative to operational performance. In addition, this team member will play a key role in helping to manage strategic initiatives and identify process efficiencies as it relates to data. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Design, write and maintain data requests/queries/waterfalls to support the business as mostly directed by the department Business Analysts and management team · Required: Proper quality control (QC) and due diligence of your own work prior to sharing with your team and/or management. · Mostly supporting the department Business Analysts along with management but at times interfacing with LOB and MIS resources to ensure that the reports are accurate and deployed in a timely manner · Design, develop, and document reporting/coding/programming requirements as defined by the business · Create and maintain consistency in reporting across the organization where possible; closing coding gaps by sharing any new knowledge across MIS organization so no inconsistencies and everyone is on the same page. · Work closely with the Business Analyst and at times the MIS team to investigate issues and resolve any reporting discrepancies · Analyze a wide range of reports and presentations used across the organization for accuracy and consistency · Identify data process improvements and leverage technology to automate and streamline existing processes · Document all desktop procedures for all work related functions and assist in cross-training backups · As needed; the ability to supervise, lead and/or mentor other team members - share your knowledge · Assist in the development of ad-hoc reports or presentations as needed by senior management · Additional duties as assigned by management
