AVP/Senior Manager (x2 – Europe and Middle East) recruitment
The successful candidate will build consultative services and practice in the banking analytics space in (either) Europe or the Middle East, identify cross sell opportunities with existing clients and build new relationships.
They will also be expected to execute projects independently, builds teams over a period of time and have the ability to work with multiple stake holders across geographies.
The candidate will hold a CA/MBA Finance from a Top Tier institute with a strong background gained from one of the Big 4 or KPOs, coupled with a good understanding of banking analytics. You will need to be skilled in Project Management, Client Relationship management and an understanding of the BFSI industry; challenges faced, regulatory environment. Ideally you will also have international exposure in the USA and elsewhere, as well as a working knowledge of a European language (if applying for the European position). The role will require a willingness to travel.
