AVP/VP – Property Finance recruitment
Our client is a major Asian bank with significant presence across Asia Pacific. To support its continued growth, it is now seeking a dynamic professional to join its regional Property Finance team, based in Singapore.
This is an exciting role where you will be providing advisory and financing solutions on property related transactions to corporate clients in the APAC region (ex-Japan). You will monitor (risk capital and credit cost) the property finance portfolio, and doing property market research. You will work on property reports on research, property and structural risk and making presentation to relevant parties.
You are degree qualified with experience gained in relevant position in a reputable firm. You have strong organisational skills as well as drive, initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
