AVP/VP – Business Management recruitment
Our client is major global Investment Banking group with a diverse array of products and business functions.
Reporting to a Director - Business Management, you will be responsible for covering business management and support initiatives across the risk organization in Asia Pacific (Market Risk, Global Banking Risk, Operational Risk and Asset Management and Private Banking). The role will cover Business Management (financial management, coordination, processes), MI Analytics and Project Management streams within the team. This role requires strong connectivity with other regions as well as other teams across businesses, functions (finance, compliance, HR) and COO organization on various business management activities and projects.
The ideal candidate:
- University degree holder with 6+ years of work experience in banking/financial services
- 2 to 3 years of Business Management experience (exposure to risk management would be ideal)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to impact change
- Excellent finance skills (MIS reporting, FP+A, budgeting)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is desirable
