AVP/VP – Business Risk Control (Private Banking) recruitment

Our client is a European leader in private banking and financial services with expanding businesses across Asia. There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Business Risk Control team, based in Singapore.
Sitting with business, you conduct risk monitoring checks on the front office to ensure that activities are conducted in a compliant manner in line with established procedures and group policies. Report any breakdown or breach in internal controls or non-compliance of policies and process detected during the course of the reviews in a timely manner. Develop technical guidance to Front Office including identifying training needs, conduct training sessions and development of front office staff to deliver higher quality services and support the business. Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects relating to risk management.
Working experience in private banking risk, control or audit function. Possess good business sense and planning abilities; with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and work with people at all levels are essential for this role.
