AVP/VP (finance department) recruitment
Key responsibilities:
Reviewing accounting and management reports for investment assets and corporate management companies,preparing financial statements for investment holding companies based in Singapore and offshore, and providing financial inputs on holding structures,overseeing transaction accounts and liaising with banks on funding requirements across different countries,handling corporate secretarial functions for investment holding companies,
Reviewing financial controls for asset operations and liaising with external auditors,planning and reviewing the group corporate budgets for the corporate management companies,responding to information needs of management and working on system projects periodically to meet new accounting and business requirements.
