AVP/VP-Fixed Income Management Reporting/Business Manager-NYC recruitment
An elite international investment bank is seeking an experience professional to join its finance team here in New York City. The successful candidate will report into the head of Fixed Income Finance and will have an integral role as the liaison between the fixed income front office and finance department. Primary responsibility is to analyze and monitor the daily and monthly results of Fixed Income business.
Main Responsibilities:
-Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the daily and monthly
results of the Fixed Income business for the US territory, Canada, Brazil and Argentina. In addition, serve as the primary point of contact with the business for management reporting matters (expenses, allocation keys, revenues, synthesis).
-Review daily revenue flash for accuracy and reconcile the YTD result
with London at month-end
-Produce weekly / monthly / year-to-date client contribution reports
by desk, team, sales, and top clients
-Prepare / write monthly revenue / performance commentary for Fixed
Income §
-Serve as liaison between local business heads and their counterparts
in London and Paris
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or economics
-5-7 years of relevant experience
-Strong understanding of GAAP
-Broad business acumen
-Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-Ability to interact with senior level management and front office business heads
