Managing a team, this is a challenging role where you will manage the Collateral Margin Operations across the investment and private bank. You will ensure high level of client service, escalate issues, drive control initiatives within the global control projects and play a key role in people development. You provide recommendations and sign off new collateral documentation or new products/structures. You will work closely with credit risk, and senior management across front office, documentation, legal, finance and technology.
You are degree qualified with relevant experience gained within major banks. You have in-depth knowledge of OTC derivatives and securitized products, strong risk and control mindset and good awareness of chnages in collateral space. You have strong leadership abilities, organisational skills as well as drive, initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
