AVP/VP KYC Client On-Boarding Manager recruitment
This major financial services firm is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Client On-Boarding / KYC team in Singapore. This candidate will be in a lead role reporting into the Regional Head of Operations. This role has a regional coverage within the On-Boarding and AML space.
The main duties will include:
* Oversight of the Client On-Boarding and account documentation process
* Drafting of key AML policies and procedures
* Lead role in strategic initiatives across the firm
Requirements:
* 5-8 years of experience in financial services with an excellent track record in AML / KYC policies
* Strong knowledge of MAS regulations
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team.
