Our client is a European leader in private banking with expanding businesses across Asia. There is now a dynamic challenging opportunity to join its regional function, based in Singapore.
You act as a business partner in managing, advising adding value to the new product approval process and ensuring that key risks associated with the introduction of new products or services are identified and addressed. You will provide an independent oversight and assessment of risk issues and infrastructure requirements associated with new products and services. You will partner with a large group of internal stakeholders (front to back office) and provide leadership in the identification and mitigation of risk issues, while ensuring appropriate commercial focus and speed to market.
You have extensive experience within the financial services industry, a good technical knowledge of products used in the wealth management industry and ideally exposure to the process of introducing new products. A track record of solving complex problems and driving through solutions will be a significant asset. A key to success will be the ability to develop constructive relationships across the organization; therefore excellent influencing skills will be important.
