AVP/VP of Financial Planning and Analysis recruitment

A leading technology firm, whose customers are comprised of asset managers and financial institutions, is looking to add a new AVP/VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to their already impressive team. The role includes corporate/management reporting, reconciling analyzing trade data, variance analysis, budgeting and mid-year forecasting.

The perfect person for this position will have high energy and positive attitude, with a great work ethic. They must have ability to multi-task, react well to change, possess excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to work as an effective team member.

Job Requirements: The perfect candidate for this position will have a B.S. in accounting or finance with at least 7 years experience within the financial services industry (banking or brokerage).  In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, advanced excel (pivot tables, V lookups, and macros) and should be able to communicate with other divisions.
