Our client is a European leader in with global presence and expanding businesses across Asia. There is now a new headcount to join its group operational risk function, based in Singapore.
As part of the regional team, you are responsible for key liaison with regional team on front to back office processes. You will review key procedures to ensure adherence and implementation. You are involved in control self-assessments and perform independent controls and investigations on key performance indicators or complaints. You are also involved in adhoc projects and initiatives in risk.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified and CPA with minimum 8 years work experience in preferably in Banks or Audit Firms. Strong knowledge of financial reporting controls and procedures will be advantageous. Hands on with attention to details; ability to work independently and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
