Our client is a major global bank with significant presence across Asia Pacific. Due to continued growth in Asia, they are seeking an exceptional individual to join its regional operations team.
This is an exciting role where you will support regional management in review and planning of the regional corporate banking operations functions. You will analyse operations and technology challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, proposing recommendations for improvement, and work with respective functions to implement changes. You will also support management in developing and planning the operations function to support business objectives, as well as assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Travel is expected.
You are degree qualified with strong experience in operations business analysis and operational excellence or operations planning gained in major banks. Knowledge of trade finance or loan operations will be highly advantageous. You are a self-starter with excellent analytical, problem solving and innovation skills. You have strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
